Join the DOTS Team!

This year, we want to lead the way in providing paediatric occupational therapists in London (Southwark) and Greater London area with the opportunity to develop a fulfilling and rewarding career in private practice. As the first phase of a much bigger plan, we are going to be offering therapists a new way of working with us through flexible associate work where you decide how you would like to commit. We will support you all of the way to feel confident in your role. This will allow more therapists to “make the leap” into the private sector, without the worry of becoming self-employed or managing private work alongside other commitments.

Our first step is to hire a number of Paediatric OTs based in London and the Home Counties, but we may look to expand this to other areas later in the year. Keep an eye on our quarterly newsletters for more news and announcements throughout 2022.

These roles are open to Occupational Therapists with a specialist interest in Paediatrics, whether you’ve worked across numerous settings for many years or are early on in your career and looking for professional development opportunities. We have built a strong and experienced clinical support team who are dedicated to helping our OTs thrive in their chosen career path.
